Peace to you, fellow seeker. Welcome to the spiritual journey seeking a deeper relationship with Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We’re glad you’re here! My name is Liz Clark, co-founder of Pondering Heaven. My husband Mike and I started this prayer collective because we believe that conversing with God is like a key to Heaven. We want, more than anything, to help you unlock the door and reach your celestial destination.
Have you ever felt broken, alone, or dissatisfied? If so, your heart is seeking God, wanting to open your soul to be a home for His presence. But before He can come inside, He has to talk with you first!
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Prayer is not only about what you say, but also about how you encounter God. We will help you learn to approach God and to respond to Him, striving to make your life a continual embrace with the divine.
APPROACH
We will help you explore and develop prayerful attitudes such as trust, confidence, silence, detachment, surrender, dependency, and contrition.
RESPONSE
You will learn to listen for God, to wait in expectation. And once He has spoken, you will learn to follow His promptings. Like Mary, you will ponder in your heart, be more contemplative. Like Joseph, you will be a more decisive person when called to action.
